Over the years I have created an inclusive space where everybody is celebrated, offering yoga, Pilates, and fitness that empower individuals to reconnect with their inner strength. Guided by my unique journey of healing, I blend pranayama (breathwork), meditation, and movement to help the SB community overcome challenges, embrace holistic wellness, and achieve a spiritual awakening. Whether in our online classes or immersive retreats, I am dedicated to fostering connection, growth, and empowerment for all.
Having endured both physical trauma from burns and emotional challenges, I found my purpose again through movement during the darkest time of my life. This played a pivotal role in my healing journey. My passion for sharing the profoundly transformative practices of yoga, Pilates, and fitness comes from my own experience of healing, and I am dedicated to helping others find their own path to recovery, just as I did.
Our mission is to inspire personal transformation and spiritual growth, creating an inclusive space where every body is celebrated. Through yoga, Pilates, and fitness, we empower individuals to reconnect with their inner strength and embrace holistic wellness.
Soul Body was born from a deeply personal journey. As a trauma and burns survivor, I, Phoebe, the founder, faced both physical and emotional challenges that tested my spirit. In the darkest moments of my life, I found my way back to purpose and healing through movement. Yoga, Pilates, and fitness became my sanctuary, my means of overcoming adversity, and my path to renewal.
Guided by my own experience, Soul Body blends pranayama (breathwork), meditation, and movement into each offering—whether it’s an online class or an immersive retreat. My goal is to create an environment where people can not only strengthen their bodies but also cultivate resilience, tap into their inner wisdom, and experience a profound sense of growth.
Soul Body began as weekly IG Live classes during the COVID lockdown, shortly after I returned from India, where I completed my yoga teacher training. From there, I had the opportunity to collaborate with various known brands, guiding and supporting their communities through mindful movement and healing practices.
In 2022, I took a leap and hosted my first international retreat in Naxos, Greece, bringing together my growing community for a transformative week of Yoga, Pilates, and spiritual renewal. Since that inaugural retreat, Soul Body has expanded to host seven fully-booked retreats, with three more exciting retreats already lined up for 2025.
February marks our first Yoga x Muay Thai retreat in Sri Lanka, which has already sold out. As our community continues to grow, I wanted to offer more than just the retreat experience. That’s why I launched the Soul Body online platform—so our members can experience the essence of retreat life, wherever they are, whenever they need it.
These values define the heart of Soul Body, creating a space where every participant feels empowered to awaken their soul and body through the transformative power of movement and connection.
I believe that yoga, Pilates, and fitness are for every BODY, regardless of shape, size, ability, or background. Our community celebrates diversity and is a welcoming space for everyone to feel safe and supported in their practice.
I am dedicated to empowering my community not just physically, but emotionally and spiritually. My approach integrates mindful movement with breathwork, meditation, and personal reflection, helping individuals reconnect with their inner strength and potential.
With a focus on healing, I provide trauma-sensitive guidance in every class and retreat. My personal experience as a trauma survivor informs our practice, allowing participants to overcome personal challenges and find peace within themselves.
I prioritize growth from within, beyond the aesthetics of fitness. My classes offer a pathway to self-discovery, spiritual rejuvenation, and lasting transformation through mindful movement.
