The Soul Body community is back - this time, our first ever Thailand retreat, to take over the lush, sacred shores of Koh Lanta, Thailand. This island is known for its slow, grounding energy and untouched natural beauty. Koh Lanta is a hidden gem in southern Thailand, known for its serene beaches, jungle-covered hills, and deep spiritual undercurrent. Nestled within this tranquil paradise is Pimalai Resort, a luxury sanctuary perched between rainforest and sea - the perfect home for our week of movement, transformation, and reconnection. Thailand is the birthplace of Muay Thai, known as the "Art of Eight Limbs" - a practice rooted in discipline, presence, and power. Paired with the softness and introspection of yoga and pilates, this retreat blends strength with surrender, allowing us to explore both the warrior and the healer within. Each day will include either Vinyasa, Rocket, Yin yoga and pilates led by Phoebe, Muay Thai training led by expert Thai coaches, pranayama (breathwork), somatic practices, and space for self-reflection and journalling. We'll train, move, sweat, and breathe with intention - returning to the body and the soul in the most nourishing of settings. This retreat is your invitation to slow down, strengthen your spirit, and reconnect to the version of you that feels grounded, clear, and fully alive.

How do I get to Koh Lanta, Thailand?
We recommend booking your flights as soon as you’ve paid your retreat deposit - return fares from London are typically around £800 when booked early. This helps secure the best rates and smooth travel planning.
Fly from London (on 5th May to arrive in Thailand on 6th) to Krabi Airport (KBV) with one easy connection — either via Dubai or Bangkok.
Once you arrive in Krabi, Pimalai Resort will take care of your transfer. You'll be met at the airport and brought to the resort on Koh Lanta by comfortable private minivan, with a scenic journey of approximately 90 minutes.
Relax - your arrival will be seamless and stress-free.
I am a newbie to Yoga/Muay Thai. Can I still attend?
Yes! Soul Body retreats are open to all levels - from total beginners to seasoned movers.
At our Naxos retreat, one guest arrived having never practiced yoga and left confidently holding a headstand! In Sri Lanka, our entire group were first-timers in Muay Thai — by the end of the week, they were moving like ninjas.
Whether you're stepping onto the mat or into the ring for the first time, or you’ve had some experience, you’ll be supported. Our Muay Thai group sessions include personal pad work with your own assigned trainer, so everyone gets guidance at their own pace.
